Order management is a central point of your business. It’s largely at the time of managing your orders that you’ll have an impact on your clients’ satisfaction . It’s important that you understand the GoodBarber tools that will allow you to manage your orders. You can find them all  in the "Orders" menu of your back office. 

Order status

Your orders are classified under 3 tabs:

• Pending: groups all your orders in progress (new orders, those in preparation, those given to carriers)
• Closed : groups all your orders delivered to your clients.
• Cancelled : groups all your orders that have been cancelled (by you or your clients).
