How to use push notifications?



You can send manual push notifications from your backoffice in the Marketing > Push menu.

Here you can set up your notification and how it will be sent.

  • audience: you can send your notification to all your users or target certain users by name.
  • action that will take place when the notification is opened: display of a particular product, redirection to a section of the app
  • sending time: instant or at a specific time

Here are some examples of push notifications to send to your audience:

Collect customer feedback

For our Restaurant app, we want to collect user feedback in order to improve our services, and to highlight positive testimonials on the homepage of our app.
For one week we decided to send the following push to all our clients who ordered their lunch in our restaurant. The push is sent at 3pm once we’re sure that all our clients will have finished their meal.
