If you need to manage a lot of products, our product Import/Export add-on will be very useful. 
It allows you to import new products in one click or even update your existing catalog with a simple .csv file. To avoid possible errors when importing products, we advise you to first export even one product from your GoodBarber back office by choosing the fields you’re interested in. This way, you’ll have a .csv document template perfectly adapted to your future export.

Importing new products

In this case, you just have to fill in the template you have previously exported. Entering your products in a .csv spreadsheet is much faster than creating your products one by one in your back office.
Once your list is ready, import it into your back office and your products will be automatically created.

Update existing catalog

Let's say you’re preparing your black friday sale. You want to display 25% discounted prices on your entire catalog, only for black friday. Simply export your product catalog including the "Price" and "Original Price" columns. Modify the column values by entering your base price in the "Original Price" column and your discounted price in the "Price" column, save, and import the modified file.  
In one click your entire catalog has been modified! The next day, once the promotion is over, you will just have to import the original file again to display the prices without discount.
