You can send manual push notifications from your backoffice in the Marketing > Push menu.
Here you can set up your notification and how it will be sent.
- audience: you can send your notification to all your users or target certain users by name.
- action that will take place when the notification is opened: display of a particular product, redirection to a section of the app
- sending time: instant or at a specific time
Here are some examples of push notifications to send to your audience:
Collect customer feedback
For our Restaurant app, we want to collect user feedback in order to improve our services, and to highlight positive testimonials on the homepage of our app.
For one week we decided to send the following push to all our clients who ordered their lunch in our restaurant. The push is sent at 3pm once we’re sure that all our clients will have finished their meal.
Opening the push will send our clinets to a form asking them how their order went and if their meal was to their liking. The answers will be processed, analyzed and some of them will be displayed to confirm the quality of service we offer.
Rewarding our clients
Our store is celebrating its 1st year of opening, to celebrate the event, we decided to offer a discount to our most loyal clients. We decided to send this notification to all our users who placed an order this year, in order to offer them a promotional code on their next order.
A great way to build customer loyalty and increase sales at a specific time.
Increase traffic
The new collection of our clothing store has arrived! To ensure its success, we decided to inform our entire community with a general push notification sent to our entire user base.
This notification will attract the attention of our community, and increase traffic to our store. And all this at a lower cost!
