The Form section allows you to create forms with different types of fields to allow you to collect information from your users. It can be used for different purposes and is a great way to communicate with your audience.

To add a Form section, as with all other sections in your app, simply go to the My app > Sections menu and click on Add a section. Then choose the Form section.

Create a form

You can easily create your form by selecting the different types of fields you want to include:

• Text line
• Text Paragraph
• Multiple choice
• Name of the field
• Date of birth
• Email address
• External link
• Add file
• Numbers
• Checkboxes
• Drop down menu
• Address
• Time of day
• Phone number
• Price
• Skip section.

Simply click on the type of field you want to add and it will automatically appear in the editing area for you to customize its content. 

Also consider adding photos, videos, text, quotes or embed codes to your form.
